My family and I were passing through from Allen County, Ohio when we ended up with not one, but two flat tires that needed attention. I had just gotten one tire plugged and fixed, and while I was putting it back on in the Dollar Tree parking lot, the owner, Nate, came over and offered a helping hand. That’s when we realized my second tire had gone flat too. Nate called one of his employees to bring some extra tools, and he showed up with no complaints and a great attitude. They checked the tire for leaks and found five holes — turns out, I had driven over some glass in the parking lot! Both Nate and his employee worked together to get my spare tire on and even recommended a local tire shop that was open on Saturday so I could get back on the road safely. I truly appreciate these two gentlemen for going out of their way to help a family in need. If Nate’s Automotive were in Ohio, they’d have all my business.
